Where is my shipment?

Your order is handled and shipped by our warehouses and partners in China. Please allow extra time during holiday and sale seasons since this is when the sales volume are the highest.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

FREE Shipping: 4-6 weeks

Expedited Rate Standard: 1-3 weeks

Please do not panic if your shipment does not show up immediately, sometimes pauses with customs and transfers can occur; rest assured your shipment will be with you soon!

When will my order be shipped?

We strive for speed, efficiency, and quality. Once your order is placed, it will take 2-5 business days for confirmation and processing. Once confirmed and shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent.

Tracking

If your order is eligible for tracking please check your email confirmation for tracking details.

Delivery

Your local customs office may require additional documents or information in order to clear your package. This may delay the estimated time. Your package will likely be delivered by your local post office, so when you receive your daily mail it will arrive with your other letters.
